There was an issue initially with receiving my auction item but they corrected the problem promptly.
There was an issue initially with receiving my auction item but they corrected the problem promptly. They even paid for the shipping cost to compensate me for the delay! They also called me twice, once to apologize for the delay and then again to make sure I got the shipment. They are family owned and really care about their customers! Thanks, Garth's Auctions!

UPS Store Overwhelmed
The local UPS Store took several weeks to pick up, package and ship my item. That said, it was packed extremely well. Best packing of a delicate wood carving I have ever seen.

I was very pleased with the Auction
The overhead was a little high but the return on my investment overshadowed this premium. For example, I sold my coins on eBay for 5 to 6 times what I paid for them with a 15 % discount to my buyers.
